Shipping
Most of the items at Madison Monograms are shipped directly to you from the vendor.
Rush orders are possible at an additional charge. If you need something quickly just email me, I rush items all the time.
Items usually ship in 7 to 10 business days and everything will arrive separately from different parts of the country.
Returns
Non-monogrammed items may be returned within 14 days.
Sorry, but for obvious reasons, monogrammed items may not be returned unless there was an error on our behalf.
However, please don't worry...life is too short! If there's ever a problem just email me and we can work anything out!!
