How do I enter my initials as a monogram? TOP
The FIRST initial of your last name should be in the MIDDLE. For example, if your name is Susan Elizabeth Jones, you would enter your monogram initials as SJE.
How should I create a joint monogram with my husband? TOP
As a rule the wife's name should be listed first then the last name then the husband's name. For example, the monogram would look like KDJ for Jeff and Kelly Dillon.
What forms of payments do you accept? TOP
We gladly accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Paypal.
How and when will I be billed for my order? TOP
At the time of checkout you will be directed to Paypal. This site is completely secure. If you are a Paypal member you can pay using your Paypal account OR you can pay simply by entering your credit card information. If you are not a Paypal member, no problem, you just pay using your credit card; Paypal processes the credit card information for us.
What does Madison Monograms do with my credit card information? TOP
Because we use Paypal as our credit card processing company, we never have access your credit card information.
I'm not comfortable entering my credit card information online, will you accept other forms of payments? TOP
